A Little Bit About Me
My name is Abdul Rahmon Rahimi and I am a 29 year old Sunni male currently seeking marriage with the will and guidance of Allah swt. I currently reside in the Bay Area with my Father, Mother, and younger siblings. My family and I are all very close and in shaa Allah I hope to remain close to them permanently, but do have intentions of separating my living situation when my responsibilities of a husband develope.

During my spare time I enjoy going on walks/hikes with my brothers from the masjid, attending Islamic lectures, visiting family members, watching sports (predominantly basketball and football), try local halal restaurants with loved ones, and maybe even enjoying a good netflix show in moderation. What I Am Looking For
My ultimate goal is to stay within the Bay Area, and more so to live a modest lifestyle close to a masjid. I am an active member in the Muslim community and hope that my wife and children will be, too in shaa Allah. Currently, I help the Islamic Center of Contra Costa with their accounting and finances, am an advisor to the board of directors, and run the Saturday night Islamic community program. I try to pray 1 to 2 of my salah in the masjid daily, and am steadfast in attending jummah salah. Alhamdulillah, by the Mercy of Allah I was able to make Hajj with the members of my Masjid in August 2018. I sincerely have tried to rectify my life and strive in matters such as deen, education, and personal growth, which is why I now feel ready to delve into the waters of marriage and to find a potential spouse. Ultimately, I would hope to be a means of getting closer to our Creator for her, as I expect her to be for me.

I am known within my family and community as a natural family man and at times enjoy being goofy and/or silly with children in the mosque/in my family. Alhamdulillah, I have developed some really special relationships with the children around me and hope to be a father myself in the near future. I am looking for a muslimah on the same page as me when it comes to starting a family. Whether or not my wife chooses to work is ultimately her choice, either of which I would support. I hope that my partner shares the same views of instilling a solid love and knowledge of the deen within our children and that my spouse intends to be proactive within our children’s lives.
